How to become more yourself

Well, I would ask if you ever do things you don’t want to do or don’t have the capacity to do, just to please others? Do you ever do things because you worry what others will think of you if you don’t? Do you ever hide your true feelings because you’re scared that being completely honest will scare the other person away? Are you shy to speak up at work or in school because you think you’ll say something stupid? Do you ever act a certain way around certain people because you want them to accept you and think that you’re like them?
