Alternating Hot and Cold Showers AKA Hydrotherapy

Hot and cold showers use hot and cold water temperatures to create a makeshift “pump” in your circulatory system. Your blood vessels will dilate when exposed to hot water and then constrict when exposed to cold water, therefore giving your circulation a boost.
